I founded this website with a mission to generate local awareness of the proposed development by the Masonic Charitable Foundation on 48.3 hectares of green belt land north of Farm Way in Bushey. This includes 750 homes, a care village, primary school, medical services, a local centre and flexible business space.

Whilst the draft local plan is temporarily on hold, it remains the land owners intention for this large area of Greenbelt land to be included again when the new plan is announced. We therefore need to continue to raise local awareness, remain vigilant and be ready to raise our objections when the next plan is announced.
